CTHBII indirectly owned approximately 17% of Telemundo, one of two Spanish-language broadcasting networks in the U.S. Telemundo reaches approximately 85% of U.S. Hispanic viewers, and owns and operates eight full-power television stations serving the seven largest Hispanic markets in the U.S. and the leading full-power television station and related production facilities in Puerto Rico.
